LESSON PAYMENT AND CANCELATIONS POLICIES

TUITION & FEES POLICY:

Monthly Tuition Structure: Tuition is a flat monthly fee that reserves the student's regular weekly lesson time. Monthly tuition is not calculated according to the number of lessons occuring in a particular calendar month. The number of scheduled lessons may vary due to the calendar, holidays, and scheduled breaks.

Automatic Payment Processing: Monthly tuition is billed automatically through Stripe using the payment method provided at registration. Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month. If a payment is declined, the account must be brought current promptly to maintane the student's reserve lesson time.

Additional Costs and Responsibilities: Students are responsible for any additional costs associated with educational materials, music books, instrument purchase/rentals, etc. unless explicitly specified otherwise.

ENROLLMENT CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancelation: Cancellation must be communicated by email before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month`s tuition.

Refund Policy: Monthly tuition is non-refundable once charged. No refunds or credits are provided for lessons missed during a paid month. Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of Kids Burrow Club.

ATTENDANCE & MISSED LESSON POLICY:

Student Absences: Tuition is not refunded or credited for lessons missed by the students. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed. If another lesson time available within the same week, a make-up may be offered at the teacher's discretion.

Teacher Cancellation: If the teacher cancels a scheduled lesson, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a mutually convenient time.

Weather-Related Cancellation:

Private lessons: In the event that weather or road conditions make travel unsafe, private lessons may be held virtually at the regularly scheduled lesson time. Families will be notified of any change to the lesson format.

We do not follow the school district for inclement weather cancellations.

Group classes: Weath er-related cancellations for group programs will follow the policies and availability of the program locaton. Families will be notified of any cancellation or schedule change.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE POLICY

Kids Burrow Club may take photographs and videos during private lessons, classes, and other programs for use on its website, social media, printed materials, and other promotional materials. Photos and videos will be used only with the permission of the student's parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may withdraw permission for future use at any time by notifying Kids Burrow Club in writing.
